Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with you goods or need to exchange an item for a different size, you may return your order within 14 days following the date that you received the goods. In order to receive the refund to your credit card you have to send an e-mail to customerservice@biceviggo.com . The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card excluding taxes,duties and shipping costs. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used.
